Jerry Scott

An evening with Jerry Scott is unpredictable, shifting from the most subtle and intimate, to a party in full swing.  His repertoire consists of over 2000 songs ranging from Porter, Gershwin, Broadway, and the standards to contemporary hits. 

After attending The Eastman School of Music in Rochester New York, Jerry settled down in New York City.  He has performed locally at the Regency Hotel, Waverly/Waverly, Nickels Steak House, and Oh Johnny, to name just a few.  He has also appeared at Harrah’s Marina Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, as well as various ports in the Caribbean, Europe, and Russia.

Jerry received the MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets) Award for Best Piano-bar performer and the Backstage Bistro Award in the same category.  He also received the Critics’ Choice Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Piano-bar performance.  Jerry recently completed his fourth album, “Jerry Scott...By Special Request,” which has received critical acclaim, including being voted the Best Album of the Year.

He is currently appearing at Butler’s Tuesday Evenings from 7-11PM.
